60% of Students Struggle to
Keep Up with the Curriculum
I conducted an online survey over a week to gather factual information and insights from teachers and students about their learning experiences and stress factors. A total of 60 participants (30 teachers and 30 students) contributed.

Problem 02
Absence of Constant
& Positive Feedbacks
Numerous studies have emphasized the importance of feedback,
yet surveys and interviews reveal a significant lack of interaction
between teachers and students within the current school system.
Constructive feedback loop works like ECHOES.

“Feedback has been identified as one of the best ways to significantly impact learning outcomes. Effective feedback is clear, simple, timely, suitable, detailed, and must be acted upon.”

Problem 03
Insufficient Engagement
& Collaboration
Current educational practices often fail to foster sufficient engagement and collaboration among students. The emphasis on individual competition over teamwork does not reflect the collaborative nature of real-world challenges.
“Shouldn't education help us prepare for the real world, where teamwork is essential? So why is it that in school, we're taught to compete against each other and to study alone?”
🤔
😫
“Some students would go as far as to spill water on a friend's artwork. This misguided competitiveness ultimately harmed everyone involved.”
😄
“It's funny when you think about it... Why do we compete so fiercely? In the end, humans are meant to coexist and thrive together in society.”
Recognizing and accommodating individual learning speeds is highly valued.
1
Specific and engaging feedback significantly enhances student participation and interest.
2
True learning is achieved through collaboration rather than competition.
